The staff is very awesome here, the services are excellent, and location is awesome just off the subway, theaters, and metro station Rustaveli and the main street of Tbilisi. The breakfast is gorgeous with huge assortment, has delicious food. I recommend it to all.

enjoyed my very very good stay on a winter time. the room exceeded all expectations, a nice size with balconies. the location was comfortable - just off the city attractions, the metro station, taxis, shopping centers and downtown attractions, and museums.

Views appeared to be strange.

The place was wonderful, and the staff provided excellent service that felt just like being at home. I greatly enjoyed my stay. the breakfast was amazing, featuring a wide assortment of delicious Georgian meals. I booked a double room in the mezzanine, and everything was great. the airport was conveniently located just 20 km away.

I recently stayed at Villa Hotel for my visit to this beautiful city. The hotel is small but cozy, and my room was clean and warm. The staff, especially Keta, were friendly and professional, providing helpful suggestions and organizing tours. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming.

Great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis on Rustaveli Street near Liberty Square. Family-friendly with double rooms and two bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff, especially with kids and luggage. Will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
